Routine as follows:

15 minutes of cardiovasular traning

5 minutes of agility training (optional)

15 minutes of strength training

10 minutes of core training

10 minutes of toning exercise

5 minutes of flexibilty exercise

Training duration: 45 minutes to an hour

5k and 10k Training:

Welcome to interval training. Do you want to run faster, feel better, and have confidence in competing? A recent study found that short intervals at 5k and 10k pace produce huge improvements versus tempo runs. According to the study, tempo running produces improvement, but faster running did better still. The study, as pulished in the Journal Peak Performance, found that "those doing intervals trained faster than the tempo runners and therefore developed better economy, and comfort while running fast." Speed intervals translates into a faster 5k and 10k. You can gain tremendous improvement by creating a program that involves medium long runs and short swift intervals.


5k Group Training Rates:

2 x per week training - 5 or more individuals = $65/month  ~  4 or less individuals = $85/month

3 x per week training - 5 or more individuals = $100/month  ~ 4 or less individuals = $120/month
